As great storms loom and his mother fades into depression, 14-year-old Frankie finds refuge in a South London stable, but when the storm breaks, he must confront the reality of loss and find hope in unlikely places.

Hot off the back of Netflix’s hit show Adolescence, Far From the Plains stars the up-and-coming Amari Bacchus alongside acclaimed, BRIT-nominated artist, Kojey Radical, in his first film role, as well as Faith Alabi of HBO’s Industry and Luca Guadagnino’s We Are Who We Are.
